Applicants Minimum requirements:

Education and Experience:
The candidate must have a CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification. One year of post-qualification teaching preferable.

Language Skills:
Applicants should have full mastery of English across all four skill areas to CEFR C2/IELTS Band 9.

Levels:
Ability and willingness to teach a wide variety of levels and ages. We offer general English to very young learners, young learners, teens, and adults as well as exam preparation courses. Good knowledge of Cambridge Exams preferable.

Teaching Expectations:
The successful candidate will be expected to plan and deliver high quality lessons, mark and assess student work, monitor and record student progress, complete administrative records in a timely manner, and attend teacher meetings on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.

Personal Qualities:
This position requires a certain degree of flexibility in managing a variety of levels and lesson locations as the candidate will be expected to travel to various off-site locations (schools and businesses). A can-do attitude and the ability to work with colleagues is essential.

Organisational Skills:
Ability to keep up-to-date and legible records. Good time management skills to deal with a demanding timetable.

Other Requirements/Skills:
The role is open only to those with the right to work in the EU. Driving license preferred.
